    We guarantee the quality of the materials and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 calendar days of receipt for a full refund.

     

    Eligibility for Refunds

    To be eligible for a refund:- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.- Items must be returned with proof of purchase. Items that are damaged due to manufacturing defects or poor craftsmanship are fully covered under this policy.

     

    Non-Refundable Items

    The following items are not eligible for refunds:- Gift cards- Final sale or clearance items- Customized or personalized products

     

    Refund Process

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

     

    Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged due to materials or craftsmanship. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
